Simon Does was engaged by ICS to help design the new space for the Call Center which handles an average of 20,000 calls per month. We created an environment that acknowledges their critical role as the gateway for the members and their caregivers to get the help they need.
We interviewed the Call Center staff to understand what motivates them everyday to do their best in stressful situations and translated their answers into the multi-lingual graphics that stretch across the 30 foot wall in their new space.
